When you place a preorder, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock. Our bamboo clothing is made to order to ensure sustainability and minimize waste. Once you’ve placed your order, it will be processed and fulfilled within 6-8 weeks.
2. How do I place a preorder?
To place a preorder, simply browse our collection and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Choose your size and any other options, then add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
3. Can I modify or cancel my preorder?
Preorders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately via email to make any changes. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible as production will be underway.
4. How will I know the status of my preorder?
We will keep you updated on the status of your preorder via email. Once your item is in production and approaching completion, we will send you a notification with an estimated shipping date. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.
5. What if I need my item sooner?
Since our bamboo clothing is made to order, we are unable to expedite production or shipping. Preorders typically have a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks.
6. Are preordered items eligible for returns?
